I was recently awarded a Tryazon party for the Beddit Sleep Monitor and Dearfoams Slippers.
The Beddit Sleep Monitor is absolutely amazing! I’ve heard of other systems, that don’t give you near the amount of info you get with the Beddit. I’ve also had a sleep study done, where wires are connected to almost every part of your body. Impossible to sleep that way! Beddit is so easy.
First you place the self-sticking monitoring sensor on your mattress pad right under your sheet. I thought maybe it might bother me, but I couldn’t even feel it thru the sheet. Then you plug it in. You download the free software from either the App Store or Google Play, sync your phone and your Beddit sensor via Bluetooth and you are set!
When you are ready to go to sleep, open the app and click the “Start Sleeping” button. In the morning, click the “Stop Measuring” button and check out the results. It is truly amazing! The results give you your overall score out of 100. It shows your total sleep time compared to the goal you set for yourself. It also shows your heart rate and respiration throughout the night. Then, my favorite part, it shows an entire graph of the night including when you wen to bed, when you actually fell asleep, how long it took you to fall asleep, how much of your sleep was restless sleep, if you snored, when you snored, total snoring time, how often you got out of bed, how long it took you to fall back to sleep, if and when you achieved deep sleep and finally when you woke up. Wow!
I’ve had insomnia my entire adult life. Very few people believe me. They think I just have a hard time falling asleep or that I’m a light sleeper. This was proof that I have insomnia and I’m not just making it up!
On my worse night so far, I got an 9 out of 100 for my sleep score. I went to bed at 12:01 am and it took me 1 hour to fall asleep. I slept 4 hours and 55 minutes, of which 3 hours and 21 minutes were restless sleep. I got out of bed 2 times and was awake multiple times throughout the night. I never achieved deep sleep and snored for 28 minutes. I got up at 7:48 am.
On my best night so far, I got a 56 out of 100 for my sleep score. I went to bed at 10:41 pm and it took me 1 hour and 4 minutes to fall asleep. I slept for 5 hours and 57 minutes, of which 2 hours and 33 minutes were restless sleep. I got out of bed 1 time and snored for only 5 minutes. I achieved deep sleep twice and got up at 7:05 am.
The Beddit Sleep Monitor also provides you with sleep tips, like don’t read in bed and make a “Not To Do List” so you stop thinking about all the things you need to get done.
I can’t even explain how much I love the Beddit and how much I needed it. I’m going to bed earlier and making a real effort to get more sleep. Even though my insomnia hasn’t gone away, I feel like I am much more in control.
The Beddit Sleep Monitor costs $149, but look for coupon codes. People that attended my party got a 15% discount. With a shipping charge of $6.54, the total for my guests was $133.19. Beddit is worth every penny!
At the party I showed how to set up the Beddit Sleep Monitor and how the app worked.
Everyone was very impressed with the amount of information it gave you.
One guest said she wore a FitBit and it didn’t tell her even half of what the Beddit monitored.
As a special gift for my guests, Dearfoams sent 9 pairs of slippers in various sizes. My friends absolutely loved getting them. I had a total of 12 adults and 10 kids. All the women, one man and two of the kids got slippers.
THANK YOU
Tryazon,
Beddit &
Dearfoams!
